We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your Flat experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!
At The Flat, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Saturday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.
Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Los Angeles! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, youre more than welcome.
To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team. If you are locked out after hours please contact a locksmith for assistance.
AMENITIES
The Flat offers two different parking options so your arrival home from an exciting day in Los Anegles is even easier. Parking options include general, reserved at $75/mo and $125/mo respectively.
These Los Angeles apartments offer a plethora of amenities our residents love. Instantly when you arrive at the property, you will love the welcoming atmosphere of the lobby, the Yoga room where you can grow your flow, the heated pool with lounge chairs where you can relax and unwind after your work week, the Gym where you can crush your latest fitness goals, the conference room ready to help you achieve admirable levels of productivity and so much more!
The Flat is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!

We offer both unfurnished and limited furnished options at these amazing Los Angeles apartments. Contact our leasing team to hear more about what furnished options are available! We also work with furniture rental partners and would be happy to connect you with a vendor. At The Flat, you'll be able to fill your home with what matters most.Â
ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING
Our applications take 3 TO 5 days to approve. If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!
Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card. If you prefer to pay a different way, our leasing team will also accept rent payments in the form of personal checks or certified funds. Contact our team if you have any questions about how to make a rent payment.
When living at these beatiful Los Angeles apartments, Renter's Insurance is required. We offer a master policy for all our residents at $18/mo, or you may supply your own 3rd party policy. For more information on Renter's Insurance, contact our leasing team who would be happy to discuss!
For internet and cable providers you can use Spectrum, Verizon, and AT&T!Â
If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.Â
We want your life at The Flat to be as easy as possible! All utilities are set up for our residents by the property staff. Residents will receive a monthly bill, to be paid along with the rent each month.
At The Flat, we cover electricity. Residents are responsible for water, gas, sewer, and trash. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!
LOCATION & DIRECTIONS
Our apartments in Los Angeles have an amazing location where public transportation is right within walking distance. The nearest city bus stop is right around the corner off of 7th AND Garland.
Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in LAUSD School District.

USC is just 3 miles from our apartment—only a 12-minute drive away!
Loyola Law School is situated only 3 blocks from our apartment building, making it just a 2-minute drive away.
There is a long list of employers locating in DTLA, AT&T, ClubLabs, Evite, Collab, Joymode, Nestugator are just a few of them.
Being located in the heart of downtown LA means access to everything you need is yours! We have many grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers right nearby. Grab your fresh groceries at open farmers markets, Whole Foods, Ralphs, or more, before heading to your apartment to cook your latest favorite recipe. Meet up with friends on the weekend and fill your oversized closet with new finds from the shopping centers right nearby like THE BLOC. That is just the beginning! We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of these Los Angeles Flat apartments, Schedule a Tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
Our community is located in the heart of Los Angeles, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate.
We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!
At our apartments in Los Angeles, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees like utilities and parking.
Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.
We want The Flat to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
The upfront costs when you sign a lease include your move-in rent, security deposits, first payment of monthy parking fee, prorated pet rent if applicable, and pet deposit if applicable. If you have any questions about the upfront costs, please contact our leasing office!
